What ages are the products designed for?

Our products are most popular with children aged 3–8 years. Younger kids will enjoy exploring with a parent’s help, while older ones can take the lead. Adult supervision is recommended for all activities.

Are the kits safe?

All items are designed with little hands in mind. Some include small parts, so we recommend supervision for children under 3.

Do parents get guidance?

Absolutely. Every product comes with step-by-step instructions, plus “try this next” prompts that make it easy for parents to extend the learning and keep kids engaged.

How long does an activity take?

Most builds take around 20–45 minutes. Each product also includes optional extension activities, so families can stretch the fun into an afternoon or revisit it another day.

Can we use the products more than once?

Yes. The majority of components are durable and reusable so kids can play again and again. You can also top up parts with our Refill Packs.

Where do you ship?

What’s your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
