These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into by Revivco (ABN 67 128 593 387), trading as Revivco ("we", "our", "us").
By accessing or using our website, products, or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to customers in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations when using our Services.

1. Access & Accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your state, territory, or country to use our Services.
You agree to:
- keep your account details and passwords secure;
- provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information; and
- not transfer, sell, or assign your account to another person.
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
2. Our Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure our products are described accurately. However:
- colours and appearance may vary due to screen or device settings;
- we do not guarantee that products will meet personal expectations;
- product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice, and may vary by market.
We may limit sales of products by person, household, region, or jurisdiction.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase product(s). We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is not confirmed until payment is processed and an order confirmation is issued.
We may cancel or amend orders if:
- information provided is inaccurate;
- pricing or availability errors occur;
- fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected; or
- products become unavailable.
Purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or export.
Returns are handled under our Returns Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related UK consumer protection legislation, or applicable consumer protection laws in your US state of residence.
UK customers — right to cancel: If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 4. Prices & Billing
- Prices may change at any time without notice.
- The price shown at checkout is the final price charged.
- Prices are displayed in AUD, NZD, GBP, or USD based on your location.
- Unless stated otherwise, prices include applicable GST or VAT where required.
- US prices do not include sales tax unless stated. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Customers outside Australia and New Zealand may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
By submitting payment, you confirm that your payment information is true and complete, that you are authorised to use the payment method, and that you agree to pay all charges, taxes, and applicable fees.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Orders to Australia and New Zealand are fulfilled from our Sydney warehouse. Orders to the United Kingdom and United States are fulfilled via our third-party logistics partner, NextSmartShip.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or events outside our reasonable control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by local authorities on delivery.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier, except where otherwise required by law.
All shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, content, text, graphics, designs, images, logos, and other materials on our Services are owned by Revivco, Shopify, or our licensors.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
7. Optional Tools
We may provide access to third-party tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Use of third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.
8. Third-Party Links
Our Services may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse third-party content, and interactions or transactions with third parties are at your own risk.
9. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform. However, your purchase contract is directly with Revivco. Shopify is not responsible for orders, support, or delivery.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
If you are a UK resident, your personal data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
If you are a US resident, applicable state privacy laws, where relevant, are addressed in our Privacy Policy.
11. Feedback
By submitting feedback, reviews, images, or suggestions, you grant Revivco a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, and adapt the content.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of your submissions.
We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates these Terms.
12. Errors & Inaccuracies
From time to time, our website may contain errors or inaccuracies relating to pricing, product descriptions, availability, promotions, or shipping charges.
We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel affected orders at any time without notice.
13. Prohibited Uses
You must not use our Services to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, harass others, transmit spam or malware, interfere with website security, or engage in fraudulent or deceptive conduct.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time without notice.
Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law will survive termination.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revivco, Shopify, and their affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of savings, data loss, or business interruption.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revivco, Shopify, and their affiliates against claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of laws or third-party rights, or misuse of the Services.
18. Severability
If any portion of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
19. Entire Agreement & Waiver
These Terms, together with our Privacy, Shipping, and Returns policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revivco.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
20. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may assign our rights or obligations at any time without notice.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, except as set out below.
- New Zealand customers: disputes will be resolved under Australian law, subject to your mandatory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
- UK customers: these Terms do not remove or reduce your statutory rights as a consumer under UK consumer protection law.
- US customers: these Terms do not remove or reduce any consumer protection rights you have under the law of your state of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
22. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where legally required.
Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
