We want you to love your Revivco purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused
- in the same condition you received them
- with all tags attached
- in the original packaging
Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may return it once delivered in accordance with this Return Policy.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email hello@revivco.com with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you’d like to return
If your return is approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and email you a prepaid return label along with instructions.
Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
Return Shipping Fees
We offer free return shipping on all eligible items within Australia and New Zealand.
- If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full — no deductions or fees.
- If you’ve changed your mind or wish to exchange, return shipping is still free, provided the item meets all return conditions (unused, original packaging, within 30 days).
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at hello@revivco.com and include:
- clear photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
- a clear photo of the shipping label
We’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement, replacement parts, or a refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- custom or personalised items
- gift cards
- hygiene or personal-care items (if applicable)
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- clearance / final sale items (where marked)
If you’re unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, please return your item first.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse.
If approved:
- refunds are issued to the original payment method
- processing occurs within 10 business days
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the funds.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at hello@revivco.com.
Australian & New Zealand Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under:
- the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), or
- the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA)
If your product has a major fault or is not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund — and we will cover any return shipping required.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off (if applicable)
For orders shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
